¡OKUPA! is an ongoing itinerant series of compositions created from field recordings and sound interventions performed in different geographical locations. It aims to create a network of interregional auditory imagery, drawing inspiration from the OKUPA movement’s philosophy of time-space appropriation …

It started as an exercise to get out of my musical comfort zone and to broaden and experiment with new compositional, music technology and sound experimentation techniques that I have been picking up in my travels from artists I've meeting and getting inspired by since relocating to Europe in 2017.
